This is based on the Ubuntu 8.04/Hardy Heron Murrina GTK theme by julienfs but uses the standard ubuntu color scheme for the most part but has color theme support, plus it uses glossy menu's and scrollbars and uses orange colored panels as opposed to the dark panels used in the original.
