It provides a clearer overall color, and adds Vista style menubar and panel from the LiNsta GTK theme.

I'm not too sure if it will look good without the global menu, if not I could try to guess how it should work and go from there.

Recommend to use iFoxMetal or Foxdie theme for firefox with Hide Menubar plugin.
