System Settings/Appearance/Colors/Import.
Alternately, you can just drop the file in
~/.kde/share/apps/color-schemes.
While, I'm on the subject, for those who aren't familiar,
when you click, the download link, it will bring up a page
in your browser with all the file color settings. You must
right click your mouse in the page, select "save page
as".
It will then be downloaded with the correct format.
Finally, you can do like Rasi has done, as mentioned
in the first paragraph. the "~" stands for your
own home folder, by the way and you must
select View/Show Hidden Files to find .kde if you
use the 2nd option.
These are my first contributions, although I have
been around KDE-Look, Gnome-Look, Box-Look,
a few years sampling this and that I have forgotten
the little things that us older down-loaders take
for granted.
