Vista Basic

This is a cgwd compiz theme moddled after the Vista basic theme in Windows Vista.
I prefer simple over complicated, so this has no titlebar opacity (you can change it, of course).
As of version 0.3, this theme now has a small amount of opacity.
NOTE: Please please use the blue plugin otherwise text my be too difficult to see.

Darkened top titlebar colour to give a deeper gradient.
Made text more blue.
Increased height of titlebar by 1px.
Moved window buttons up by 1px.
