it is a emerald theme, based on PF-Theme Sepia : http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=49311
I just added more transparency and changed some Buttons:
a "i"-Button and an "?"-Button as help button were added.
the Icon of the window was added.
the Buttons on the left were removed.

simply extract it and copy the folder
into your-home-folder/.emerald/themes/
After that, you should see the theme in emerald-theme-manager in your list of
emerald themes.!
a Second Way, go to emerald theme manager,
click on "Import...";
now browse to the folder, containing the download, select it and after that select it in your List of Themes in emerald-theme -manager,and have fun :-)

I've got no problem's with the Buttons.
I really got used to these small Buttons.
