Trueglass Orange

I always looked for a good glass-effect Theme to go with the default Ubuntu-Icons. It had to be Orange and please my eyes. So eventually i came around to do it myself.
Additionally i don't like the windows frame-icons, so i replaced them with something i do like: The foot icons from GnomeIridium.
Hope someone likes this, too.
