Born from the idea, that there's a good dust theme missing on KDE4 :-)
Fits best with the BuufDeuce icon theme and Emerald Dust or Dekorator Dust theme.

ToDo: The colorscheme still has some smaller bugs, will fix that.

I just don't know how to install themes anymore in KDE, since it went to KDE4. How do I install this wonderful theme?!?!

it's actually a qtcurve theme, so this means, that you need the qtcurve engine; then import the settings in the KDE4 systemsettings for qtcurve

Looks nice! I see you recommend to use it with Emerald Dust. But Emerald is a part of Compiz right? Seems like a lot of extra bloat just to get a nice decorator... is there a good dust alternative for deKorator or native kde4?
