Somebody said to me that he prefer minimalist window manager such as WindowMaker. I just said that KDE is able of that and it's very fast. And did that just to proof it.
It took me less than 30mins to find and download the theme from freshmeat and adapt it to KDE.
the first screenshot is on KDE and the second on is on Wmaker.
what do you think ?

In my opinion, KDE and WindowMaker have two seperate goals. Use whichever you want more.
That said, I love KDE, and think that you need a new background.

and I took the theme (dock background and wallpaper) from the windowmaker theme. from freshmeat.net !
by the way, do you happen to send a message to everyone that have a background that you dont like ?

but I would appreciate a kasbar that can be separate. Just like WindowMaker minimize his application into icon.
btw, when I was using windowmaker, I did love the fact that menu can be scrolled from off the screen to visible. And I was used to keep a windowlist menu under my dock ! when I need it, I just to my mouse cursor in the corner, and Voila !
