that you like don't open it.
Open konqeuror, when you have metabar in it open it rightclick in the field of metabar to ad this theme .
Choose configure metabar there will open a small screen click on install new theme then you can browse to the fille where you saved the download open it and press ok there you have the new theme enjoy and have fun!
