This is a theme for AmarokFS in iPod Style (black).
i've tryed to make this theme the most similiar to iPod screen and pad.
to use this theme:
-extract the tar.gz in your favourite folder
-start AmarokFS
-right click -->settings
-in theme select theme.xml from the folder you have downloaded the ipod theme
-restart AmarokFS
