Keramikzilla is a theme for Mozilla to make it have the same look as the KDE programs with the Keramik style and the Crystal GT icon set.
Important note: This theme has been made for Mozilla from 1.3 to 1.6. It WON'T work with other versions of Mozilla. Also, it doesn't work with FireFox/Firebird, but the port will come soon, just be patient.
Please report bugs to 'vfernandez at polinux dot upv dot es'.
Thanks to Everaldo for his Crystal GT icon sets. You can get them at:

HOW TO INSTALL
-----------------------
If you already have Keramikzilla installed and want to make an update, just remove the previous version of Keramikzilla and install this new one.
· Extract the files anywhere you want
· Open the index.html file in Mozilla (you don't need to be 'root')
· Click the "Install" button
· Accept when it prompts for the theme installation
· Restart Mozilla
· 'View' menu - Apply theme - Keramikzilla Crystal GT
· Restart Mozilla again
· Enjoy!
Optionally, you can also install the patch for small toolbar icons:
· Select the tab "Icon size"
· Click the button "Install patch"
· Restart Mozilla
If you want, you may delete the downloaded files once the theme is installed.

· Version 0.9.2: Some bug fixes and new menu icons.
· Version 0.9.1: Added a patch to be able to have small icons in the main toolbar of Mozilla.
· Version 0.9: Added support for Enigmail (untested, please report whether it works or not.) Changed the navigator toolbar buttons to look closer to Konqueror. New design for the theme installer. More bug fixes.
· Version 0.8: The tab bar has been implemented in XBL bindings using screenshots from the Konqueror tab bar. This means Keramikzilla is now independent from Geramik! :) Now you may also install it in Windows and Mac OS X and it should look fine. Also, this release has a few bug fixes. The main toolbar buttons in the navigator are smaller now (the icons are the same size but the buttons have less empty space).
· Version 0.7.1: Added support for Mozilla 1.6. Progress meter implemented in XBL so it looks much more closer to Keramik. Some bug fixes.
· Version 0.7: Minor bug fixes, like the filepicker toolbar buttons. A lot of menus now have their respective icons. I've completely reorganized the icons in a directory structure that matches the KDE one, so I'll be able to easily release another versions of Keramikzilla with different icon sets like Noia and Crystal SVG without having to modify any source file (just to copy the icons to the right place).
· Version 0.6: Scrollbars implemented in XBL. Menulist popups improved. I've also changed the checkboxes and radio buttons. The menus have been improved and now have a look much more closer to the Keramik style.

If that doesn't work, try creating a new profile and installing Keramikzilla on it.
BTW, if you install Keramikzilla using one version of Mozilla, you can't use another version of Mozilla with your same profile because themes are specific for each version of Mozilla.

FYI, there is a typo in the index.html, it should say "accept" instead of "accede" or whatever it says. I take it there's no way to get the form buttons rounded and keramik looking, because I would die a happy man if that happenned.

I don't know how to change the elements' look inside a page. That includes the buttons, combo boxes, text fields,... I'll take a deeper look at it to see if I can do it. But I can't promise anything. At least I'll try.

You will also like to hear that I'm also preparing a version of Keramikzilla with the Noia icon set and I'll release it very soon (probably in 2 or 3 days).
This skin is going to be renamed "Keramikzilla Crystal GT" because I'm also going to work on "Keramikzilla Crystal SVG" to have that icon set. I'll prepare the respective skins with small icons like in Konqueror.
The future plans are making a Plastikzilla that matches the look of the Plastik theme for Mozilla, but first I have to finish Keramikzilla. Also, I want to port Keramikzilla for Mozilla Firebird.
As you can understand, that's a lot of work. I need volunteers who would like to help on making these skins. You can do whatever you want: make a small icon version, make a script to port Keramikzilla to Firebird,... But if you make something based on Keramikzilla, please send me an e-mail so we can colaborate and work together: anillodance at anillodance dot com

Haven't got much time at the moment, just had a few hours after X-mas.
However, before I do anything more on your theme (time provided) I'll contact you.
Great work! Keep it up!

Just a suggestion: why not register the theme with themes.mozdev.org so it will be accessible by a wider audience?

By the way, I haven't made the port for Mozilla 1.6 yet, but as soon as the stable version is out, I'll make it for the next version of Keramikzilla (or maybe I release the version 0.7.1 with it). The main problem is that Keramikzilla will be higher than 750kb and I'll have to find an external place to upload it because kde-look doesn't host files greater than that size.

Regarding the space - I think you can store the files of this size at mozdev.org - do not worry about not being "finished" - many projects there have not even started :)

BTW, if somebody wants to make a skin based on Keramikzilla, I can send you this script so you can easily generate the port. Right now I'm working on the version for Mozilla 1.4 and making the port for Mozilla 1.5, so I don't have any script to port from a skin for Mozilla 1.5 to Mozilla 1.4, but it should be very easy to modify the script to do the contrary.

By the way, Keramikzilla Noia is out and it works with Mozilla 1.6 (I've tested it).

I in concrete use Mozilla Mail and I have integrated the same enigmail to be able to use PGP, and this icon does not turn out to be not nice at all, since it is the original one, because of it wanted to comment to you on the possibility that in the future you should add it.
Thanks and congratulation from spain ;-)

I'd love to see a firebird version for this. Of course I'd really love a keramik skin for Opera heh
Thanks for this, I have a thing for consistency.
