There were many requests that someone should port roberTO's great gtk-theme VistaBut (http://www.gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=32227) to KDE... so, here it is!
Well, it's not a standalone theme but a mod for Lipstik.
Instructions on how to install are included in the package.
Credit goes to roberTO21 and PaT!

The only thing it lack is a mention that before compilation LipsticStyle class in lipstic.h should be extended with two more fields to compile. bool _enableVitesque, _compressedMenus should be added somewhere in the private section.

Nice looking style.
Which icon set did you use on your screenshots ?

Just so you know, lipstik-2.2 will not compile after you copy the three files over to the respective directories as instructed in your readme. You will need to add the following two lines in lipstik.h of the original lipstik package (found in the style subdir).
bool _enableVitesque;
bool _compressedMenus;
Once you do that, lipstik-2.2 compiles (and works) beautifully. :)

I would really appreciate that!
I tried to compile it myself like in the readme, but then I first have to remove the old lipstik, and when I do so it also removes the KDM and kubuntu-default-settings :(

This will convert it to a .deb that you can then install with ease. If you have trouble let me know and I will post mine (which installed perfectly).

I removed the .qt/lipstikstylerc file and setup lipstik clicking on the defaults button at the lipstik config dialog, as mentioned on http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=35729. After that, I found out there's an 'Enable Vistesque' checkbox in the lipstik config dialog... I feel so stupid.

This probably only works if your window color is white though, never tried with darker backgrounds.
I don't know how to remove the outlines like in the screenshots though...

When i compile the "unpatched" lipstik, it compiles without any problems. I use kde 3.5.0 on Gentoo.
