Simple Ubuntu Studio GDM Theme
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work): Add the source-code for this project on opencode.net
This theme was designed to give a sparse, utilitarian look to my login window. The Ubuntu Studio logo and text were custom designed for this theme; I found the TSR plug background image on the web and have no idea who the original artist is.
The theme looks best on a 1680x1050 monitor, but other widescreen resolutions look okay, too.
[EDIT] This is the first GDM theme that I've made. If you have any problems with it or have tips on how to improve it, please let me know.

Changed license status. I'm working on a revision that uses all original content. But I'm leaving this up in the meantime; if the original artist wants this theme removed, I will gladly do so.

Really it's shocking the amount of items on this site people "find" and think it's proper to free license it.

Could you (or someone else) give me some guidance regarding the proper way to re-license it?
I understand that by posting this theme I'm redistributing someone else's work (the background image) without permission. On the other hand, if everyone took down work that contained art they didn't have permission to use, this site would be decimated.
So what is the fair course of action here? There isn't a "None" option, licensing-wise, and selecting any other option seems to imply that I'm granting permission to use artwork to which I have no claim.
Any advice is appreciated.
