Second I would like to say that I think the scroll bar is a little narrow and could be (almost) as the width of the square decoration.
And about the decoration I think on the mouse hoover effect you could add a minus [ - ] a plus [ + ] and an x [ x ] for minimize, maximize/restore and close, like a mac style. Or you could add that not just for the hoover effect but the default, either way I think is a good ideea.
Just look at it, it looks great: [ - ] [ + ] [ x ]
or ... [-] [+] [x]
Or make available the decoration for both options if you think it's a good ideea, with and without hoover effect signs/indicators.
Thanks for the theme !

1) Colors of window control buttons: the colors we see when hovering could be red, amber and green (this is already there) although I'm not a fan of Mac. The fact that they are all blue until you hover on them is creative and different enough and better than Mac, I think.
2) In Nautilus (without the menu bar) the title bar and path/tool bar could perhaps be more compatible with each other. This might be mostly because of the design of Nautilus. Isn't it possible to have just a frame around the files and folders window and nothing in between the title bar, side bar and path/tool bar?
