This theme, which I originally created almost 2 years ago, is an update on my little attempt to merge the look of the colors and button styles of Windows XP and Vista -- but in a way that can only be done on Linux. :-)

On the surface, it looks more or less the same as the June 2009 version, but I\'ve fixed the following:
* In Xfce (the desktop environment I use, BTW), I noticed that the prelight text in submenus was black instead of white. This version fixes that.
* Changed the bg[ACTIVE] color to something more neutral
* Changed the panel\'s bg[PRELIGHT] and bg[ACTIVE] colors to something much darker in order to provide better contrast with the white text.
* De-colorized the scrollbar, although, of course, if you prefer, you can re-colorize it if you wish.
