Amid Undawn

A more practically usable theme with dark background. The brightness is chosen to be usable under more varied lighting conditions than most dark themes.
Place the gtkrc file in the appropriate directory, such as
/usr/share/themes/AmidUndawn/gtk-2.0
Based on Dusk by James Golden which was based on Dawn by Olivier Fourdan.
