What do you get when you mix the human, Redmond and Raleigh theme together on a XFCE desktop?

An very usable, industrial looking theme, choc full of nostalgia.

This theme comprises of:
- Ubuntu human window border
- Redmond GTK2 & GTK3 theme and
- Raleigh Color Scheme.

Thanks to Ambience-69 for the GTK2/3 Windows Classic theme.

The Raleigh theme in XFCE desktop is really great. The one thing the theme is lacking is support for the Theme Configuration customized highlighted background color. I prefer #3B5998 and when I select the Raleigh theme I loose my custom color. Could you please adjust the Raleigh theme to be compatible with customized highlighted background color? Thanks!
