Please tell us more about the Toolbars and the KDE Panel. I would also be very happy to see a theme with all these beautiful stuff.

Sorry about that... I didn't explain correctly.. I'm very interested to install the bar with shortcut(icons).
Firefox, thunderbird, openoffice, konqueror, konsole, 3D Desk, bin.

Did you understand now?

please if possible tell me how I can install this, because it looks very nice... I'm using the TC-Bar.

I think they were referring to the launch bar on the bottom of the screen in your theme which has the transparent background and large icons.

I find the whole theme very nice...

It would be great if you could create a theme in the theme-manager section with all the elements you've created (wallpaper, icons, style..)
