the gtk theme is the default clearlooks + a glass panel and the main menu button is here: http://www.fileden.com/files/2007/2/26/827026/Panel-glass-and-buttons.tar.gz

(i did not create the glass panel images/menu button images and cannot remember or find where i got them from.)

im not using any custom icons though.
