Well the concept is very good.

But there are issues with the implementation, I think the world could be a little more tango to match the logo.

And then there is the big problem that both the logo and the world got shadows, but each of them seems to have a different light source, I think removing the logo's shadow should work...

Not sure that the shadow around the globe is a shadow, but maybe symbolic of the atmosphere. Still I agree that maybe removal of the logo shadow or possibly a different background would make a difference.
