Made with Inkscape 0.45.1 under Ubuntu 7.10.
Its a transparent png so you can put anycolor you like as background!
When you'll download the picture, you'll se it's white: it's normal, it's a transprent png containing only white zones! Set it as wallpaper, then choose a color (not white :-D ).
