Clearlooks-Mist
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work): Add the source-code for this project on opencode.net
I took Clearlook-Industrial and added the Mist color scheme then added the iconrc from Industrial-myst.
I just thought I would share.

i edited the brown version in gimp. I changed the mode to Greyscale then back to RGB. Then used the color to alpha filter to make black alpha. I then added a blue layer underneath.

fix1:copy the theme systemwide
# sudo cp -rf ~/.themes/Clearlooks-Mist /usr/share/themes/
fix2:use another theme for root(what i like so i there is a noticeable difference when running something with root priveleges)
# sudo ln -s /usr/share/themes/Clearlooks/gtk-2.0/gtkrc /root/.gtkrc-2.0
