Okay, so there are like 8 million of these, but none seemed right to me..., so here is my attempt.

Color scheme and QtCurve config update. Looks VERY close now!
05-03-08
Update icons to use Flamenco as the fallback, as it is more Human-esque. NOTE: Flamenco still needs BC Tango KDE!
Updated QtCurve config. It was OOOOOLDDD!
Updated colorscheme.
11/10/07
Original Icon Set discontinued. Now use a modified Human_KDE that inherits bctangokde
KTheme Discontinued. It seems to work over other blue moon or so. :p
Crystal overlay added.
Screenshots updated.
10/13/07
Updated QtCurve config. Now the windec is Crsytal, so a the kwincrsytalrc file is included. KTheme fixed, I hope...
09-13-07
OOps. Fixed theme file, and icon set. (You have to download the WHOLE thing, sorry)
2007-09-12
Read me, QtCurve, Icon theme all updated.
Downloads changed from one GIANT tar archive to many smaller ones. (And you know what they are)
Yeah, I'm too Lazy to update the icon theme version number.
(I'm working on a bash script for all of this, but it'll be iffy if it works or not. ;)
06/16/07
QtCurve style updated. Icon theme's .desktop file cleaned up. KDM theme added.
06/01/07
Cleaned up CR-ROM icons. Fixed index.desktop file, added link_overlay and corrected lock_overlay in it. Updated QtCurve style.
05/28/07
Cleaned up some smaller icons by taking them directly from Human_KDE, rather than scaling them. Edited the index.desktop to include Actions in all sizes Added some more Human icons. Added cursor theme.
05/26/07
Updated QtCurve scheme for QtCurve 0.50
05/24/07
Added README, splash screen, and wallpaper.
05/22/07
Added lots of Ubuntu icons. Like the actual Lock button, the Terminal, refresh, and something else I forgot. Qt Curve Style has also been updated to include lines as Line Separator and tool bars. Color Scheme update, thank you Zeroangel, but I am keeping Polyester as the Window Decor unless enough say that Ubuntu Squared would be better....
05/21/07
Added the Ubuntu "Computer" (system) icon and the desktop icon.
It's kinda fuzzy at 128x128, but I don't think you will use that size, so jaa...
Will add a new link to the fully-built non-build-set icon package if it is needed again.

You have to get that, install it, and add it to your panel. Then you can right click it and hit configure, where you can change the names of the menus.

- The Konqueror navigation icons are a close approximation, but the arrows are a bit too long and lack the black outline. Also the other navigation icons (ie: refresh) do not fit with the theme.
- I suggest you try out the "Human Blue" window decoration, with the settings as 'Use my KDE theme colors', and the Active Title Bar color as '#F49333'. That is my own configuration, and it is a little more saturated than the standard ubuntu titlebar, but the hue and percieved brightness are close matches.
- The following colors more closely match the ubuntu colors:
Standard Background: #FBFBF7
Alternate Background in Lists: #ECEAE5
Thats all for now!

Do you have ImageMagick?
Do you have bz2
Do you have tar? (Well duh, obvious, but still)
If it still won't work, a fully finished one (Which is huge) is available here:

Given how popular Ubuntu is, I believe the KDE team would do well to include this as a theme one can select from. I'm gonna try this on my MEPIS box when I get home from work this afternoon.
