openoffice splash screen

I tested it in Linux (Mandriva) and Win 7 and no problems yet.
Installation in Linux
/usr/lib/openoffice/program and replace intro.png with this picture and it should start.
Installation in Windows;
Go to C:Program FilesOpenOffice.org 3program and replace intro.png with this picture and it should start.

1) resize this image to size of your original openoffice splash(424x222 pixels as for me, I used Gimp)
2) save image with name and format of your original openoffice splash (openintro_ubuntu_oracle.bmp, 24 bit color, as for me, using Gimp too)
3) put it to the specified path ^)
bugs: progress bar is invisible (and I like it)
tested on ubuntu 10.10.
