Before changing anything in your file I did:
k_myk@SuSE:~/41644-Cpu_Stats/Cpu_Stats> superkaramba Cpu_Stats.theme cat /sys/devices/platform/i2c-9191/9191-0290/temp3_input
Could not read config file.
cat: /proc/acpi/thermal_zone/THRM/temperature: Nie ma takiego pliku ani katalogu
X Error: BadWindow (invalid Window parameter) 3
Major opcode: 20
Minor opcode: 0
Resource id: 0x2a000c5

("Nie ma takiego pliku ani katalogu" means There is no such file or directory)
Probably I did something wrong with the "cat" parameter, but I can't figure out what... :(

first: You haven't made a mistake with the cat command. It just say's that the file "temperature" doesn't exist's. that's ok beacause you are working with a i2c sensor configuration.
second thing is that the path leads to a input file, I don't know if you can read this out with the cat command. I'm not very experianced with the i2c sensors.
So I think we both must do some research on this.
If I found a solution I will post it txt based here. Then somebody with an i2c config can test it =D.
Good luck!

P.S. If any one is experianced with i2c, and knows more about reading the files out. Please contact me :)

SuSE 10.1 ; KDE 3.5.3 ; temp source I2C1
BTW, IMHO font colors should be a little bit darker. On blue wallpapers they're unreadable...

Mine was on /proc/acpi/thermal_zone/THRM/temperature.
If you find your sensor path, then test it in the Konsole with the cat command. If it works you can edit the .theme file with Kate.
REMEMBER: Do not edit it when karamba is runnen, then it will crash :P
Please let me know if it worked, so i can post different versions :)
GOOD luck!
thnx for the feedback ;)
