Desktop is a great
I do not know how install emerald theme in kubuntu 10.04.

You simply download the icon set file to your desktop. Then you go in system settings>icons and click on install theme file and select the file on your desktop and click OK. Then select the newly installed icon set from the icon selection. That's it.
