This Theme was originally created by Doom:

It has been modified by ahab and forlong from www.ubuntuusers.de and now I gave'em more coherence with the MSN original smileys.
To install, extract the file to the directory .purple/smileys in your home directory and select it in Pidgin (preferences -> smiley-theme)
