The LGPL is less restrictive. And it must be underlined that "they are provided as is. We are not responsabel for any damage caused to you" So wach you selfs until kde loads :)

it is a wallpaper found o every major wallpaper site, and I bet they all have permission from the c.bell, the photographer and the guy that made the wallpaper picture to post it.

Yep I know that Catherine is really cute chick, but frankly, I am really upset to write the same shit again: How you can publish this as GPL? You are so good friend as of Catherine? Is picture you are using your own shot? I dont think so! So.... DO NOT USE pictures, icons, butons, whatever... without permission from AUTHOR !!!!
