Description:

The screen-shot does not show all the panels!

This package contains a variety of panels for Gnome (gnome-panel). Some are orange/brown for Ubuntu, some are blue, some are green, some are dark panels, and some are clear to simply provide an overlay for your background. some of these transparent ones are also tinted. Make of it what you will... but please vote :D

NOTE:
+ Some are 1280
+ Some will simply tile to anything
+ Some are 24 high
+ Some are 50 / 48 high (may be a mix :p)

Do you know where I can find the panel that is 1280x24 with flames (black and red) coming in 3 transparance flavor?

OK, I added some slightly transparent versions. Unfortunately, I did not save the XCF's so I cannot really do a whole lot with them but just reduce uniform transparency (the whole thing). This is very easy in GIMP and you can do it yourself to anything you want. Just drag the transparency for the layer down. If I had my way I would maybe reduce the main section significantly more but only reduce the highlight a bit, but like I said, I didn't keep the XCF's so I cant.

I'm not quite sure what you mean - do you want a transparent version of some of the brown ones, like the "nicebrown" set? I'll do it but I'm not sure how good it will look...
