This is a small modification of the excellent kwin_3dnomore KDE native window decoration at

http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=4213

The modification allows different colors for different window title buttons - context help, minimize, maximize and close.

The colors are configurable through control center's window decoration. Default behavior is still same as the last version (i.e. same colors for all the buttons).

really, really nice, had some trouble installing it tough, but when adding --prefix=/usr to configure it worked fine.
