This is my very first step in KDE decoration. I think it's not that bad for a beginner:). The scheme uses icons called nuvola neon I've found on this site. Colors are soft and make blues mood. Got ideas how to make it better - write to me taura@pochta.ru or better lay the refined version on the site. Thanks!!
