FlvToMp3 is a program which permit you to extract the sound track of a .flv file without loss of quality.
The .mp3 file is generated diectly from the .flv file without reencoding (you needn't ffmpeg).
Besides to permit to save the quality of the audio track, the extraction is very fast and easy :-)
If the download fails,please try another mirror (fastbull doesn't work for me)

mplayer -dumpaudio $1.mp4 -dumpfile $1.mp3
or any other format mplayer supports....drop the line into a text file..name it flv2mp3 or mp42mp3 and make it executable. Done.
