Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work): Add the source-code for this project on opencode.net
KRDesktop is a GPL-ed KDE (QT3) front-end for QEMU. It provides a GUI interface for running PC emulation (similiar in intent to Virtual PC/VMWare). Written in Kommander, this also serves as a good example of RAD development under linux.
Installation
Make sure you have QEmu and Kommander installed. Any version of QEmu should work, but KQEmu was only tested with the newest Alpha of Kommander.
Simply download and extract to a place of your choosing.
To run: kmdr-executor KQEmu-versionNumber.kmdr (ie: KQEmu-0.2.kmdr)

I haven't really been actively maintaining this, but I've had several users submit changes, etc.
This new version is from Antonio Alosio.
Thanks Antonio!

Kommander development really gets popular. As for me, I still can't build kommander w/ icons in - it's almost unusable w/o toolbars
