Very Nice and innovative.. How to get that upper info bar.. ? ALso what is the name of the text icons ? Which KBFX theme you are using ?

Got most of my answer just tell me which OS /? If Kubuntu can you tell me how to install KBFX themes in it ?

I have Gentoo, but installing themes should be identical in other distributions. Just unpack your themes in one folder, run KBFX Configurator and set your default folder.

R those Play etc.. buttons on the desk clickable?

Yes, all those buttons are clickable. It's just SuperKaramba theme listed in description. You can download it and make similar buttons for yourself quite easily.
