Basic Colors (Eyes friendly theme)

Eyes friendly theme-manager theme.
There is a problem when installing this theme, it doesn't make all of the changes I supposed, some how the system's security doesn't allow it.
If you install this theme, you may need to go to Control Center and choose as Window Decoration: Keramic; as Style: Plastik; and any other adjustment to make it look like mine.
THERE MUST BE A WAY TO SAVE AND SHARE THE COMPLETE KDE SETTINGS, INCLUDING KDE's APPLICATIONS LOOK.
Any help will be appreciated.
