Agree - I often have problems with green. You try ideas that look great in other colours and they don't work. I have wondered how Mint will re-brand itself when the time comes. The new Ubuntu aubergine colours are impressive - are we hamstrung by the word Mint?

i took that Mint logo from the "Wallpaper of the Month, November 2008 " :) i was cut and replace it , logo is not my work. Other effects are standart GiMP effects , everyone can do - free and full :) but , everyone know that using green is very big problem , to show it nice , to use it with true tone , these are not simple... That wallpaper can be fantastic with orange-black colors...
