Nuit
Source (link to git-repo or to original if based on someone elses unmodified work): Add the source-code for this project on opencode.net
The folder Nuit.tar.gz contains two files:
1. Nuit.png, the wallpaper (1024*768)
2. Nuit.svg, the Inkscape .svg file, in case you want to alter something.
For the scalpel I used an image found on http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Datei:Various_scalpels.png
It is public domain.
