VLC Internet Channel to access lihattv.

It allow to see the World Live TV channels directly in VLC.

How to install and use:
1) Install VLC
2) Place the script in:
- Windows (all users): %ProgramFiles%\VideoLAN\VLC\lua\sd\
- Windows (user): %APPDATA%\VLC\lua\sd\
- Linux (all users): /usr/share/vlc/lua/sd/
- Linux (current user): ~/.local/share/vlc/lua/sd/
- Mac OS X (all users): VLC.app/Contents/MacOS/share/lua/sd/
3) Open VLC, then go on Media Browser => Internet => tvQu Online
