I am a fan of you theme and your previous gray tones were just perfect and matched perfectly with all gray dark themed applications.
Why did you change them ? The grays are way too bluish now.
Please, please, please, revert back to your previous tones.

So far I found the following:
- The gnome bottom window bar (window list extension) does not get styled with this shell theme and actually gets a weird horizontal line crossing it completely.
- The PDF viewer styling gets completely screwed with this application theme (all backgrounds get full transparent, no window borders, no scrolling bar). This is the most annoying I found so far once it makes the PDF viewer completely unusable.
I made some tweaks to my taste (as such changing the nautilus side pane background) but haven't yet been able to style the window list and pdf viewer.

The styling behaviour of the PDF-viewer makes me wonder, since it is just an average gtk-based application, so either every other app should show these bugs too, or none. Which pdf-viewer are you using? Evince?
Yes, the GNOME extensions are poorly supported. I focused on the vanilla GNOME because there are just too many extensions out there to keep an eye on everyone.

I'd like to amend that the PDF-viewer issue seems to have been a one time issue with that app (god knows why). After a reboot, it's working normally.
I've already been able to style the bottom window list. Check the standard window list extension styling (#panel.bottom-panel). The weird horizontal line that I mentioned before is related to the fact that you are using a picture as a background for the main panel. That image is also being applied by default to the bottom window panel and it seems to repeat itself. Once the height of the bottom panel was bigger than the height of the top panel, I was seeing an horizontal line separating the 2 repetitions of the background picture you are using.
I think you should think about adding support to the bottom panel window list. It doesn't take that much and it completes what can still be considered somewhat standard/basic/vanilla gnome once that extension comes installed on Debian by default and it is quite useful. At least I always use it. It makes it much easier for me to switch between apps.

I've noticed that disabled buttons show no effect on the icon, which makes them undistinguishable from normal clickable buttons when they onbly have an icon (such as in toolbars). I've seen in other themes they use the line
-gtk-icon-effect: dim;
to at least dim the icon. I've located where such change could be applied. There's a line where the selector button:disabled is used. It is at around line 1072 (I've added some other changes, so it can be +- 8 lines approx). The selector affects more elements, but I'd say it is OK to add the icon effect:
notebook > header > tabs > arrow:disabled label,
button.titlebutton:disabled label,
notebook > header > tabs > arrow:disabled,
button.titlebutton:disabled,
button:disabled label,
button:disabled,
.button:disabled > .label,
.header-bar .button.titlebutton:disabled > .label,
.titlebar .button.titlebutton:disabled > .label {
color: @theme_fg_color_dis;
-gtk-icon-effect: dim; /* <------------ added line */
}
There are more selectors that point to more specific disabled buttons in other places, but I'd say that just by adding this line, this should apply to them also. Note that in GTK4 this should change a bit, but I'd say it is good to make disabled buttons with just icons look different (https://developer.gnome.org/gtk4/stable/ch40s02.html#id-1.7.4.4.36)
I've also added this at the end of radios and checks section, so give some visual feedback of the hovering on the checkboxes and radios:
checkbutton:hover, radiobutton:hover {
background-color: mix (@theme_accent_color, @theme_base_color, 0.9)
}
Many thanks again for your job! :)

great, many thanks! I completely overlooked the disabled icons. I've dimmed it everywhere now ( *:disabled ). Both of your ideas are committed to Github and will come with the next release.
