The window decoration is domino. http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/Domino?content=42804
To make the decoration match the rest of your windows, just make the bottom gradient color #F6F6F6 (or have no gradient).

Up till now, I had never liked the Domino theme much. But, with this full configuration and all, it has become my new favorite :)
