**** PLEASE NOTICE ****
The widget breaks the whole desktop if you are using Qt 5.15.1.
I'm currently looking in Qt trying to pinpoint the issue but as a temporary fix, there is the following PR which you can apply
https://github.com/jsalatas/plasma-pstate/pull/64/commits/5221c1e9f2f5c4ed7f83dcbc4e623a9c89ae679d
Intel P-state and CPUFreq Manager is a KDE Plasma widget in order to control the frequencies of Intel CPUs and their integrated GPUs for any modern Intel Processors running in Active Mode with HWP or Active Mode Without HWP. It can also manage the processor's energy consumption through Energy-Performance Preference (EPP) knob (if supported) or the Energy-Performance Bias (EPB) knob (otherwise). [1]
Furthermore, it allows you to interact with the following vendor specific settings
1) Dell's Thermal Management Feature [2] through libsmbios library.
2) LG Gram laptop Battery care limit, USB charge and Fan mode features (on kernel 4.20 and higher) [3].
See README.md for installation instructions
