NEW: FULLY SCALABLE THEME: FLEXIUM
Made by PaulXFCE
This is a more enhanced gradually scalable GTK-version based on Nextwaita (a previous theme I made). And so deviates more and more way from the original new-adwaita theme. Subtle use a gradients makes this theme more modern and easy to the eyes. And yet provides the stability of the gnome-standard theme.
In Version 2, I've improved the check- and radiobuttons.
This theme is made for the gnome-desktop only. No support for other DE'S.
This theme is gnome 3.32-ready.
By using 'Gnome-Tweaks/Fonts/Scalable factor' you can change the scale of the interface:
Setting this scale to 0.98 (for example) will scale the theme down to a level suitable for low resolution screens.
Setting the scale to 1.30 (for example) will scale the theme up to a level suitable for high resolution-screens.
This theme will change its buttons, radio-and checkbuttons, sliders, switches, and general padding accordingly.
While gnome already tries to scale, this theme does it better. This is done by using (relative) REM in some places instead of (fixed) pixels.
Careful: Be careful in setting the scalable factor, as it can get you into serious trouble.
This theme works best within these parameters:
0.98 - 1.30
On 4K-resolution, it is better to adjust the Settings/Devices/Display/Scale to 200%.
NEW : Versions with transparent backdrop-windows. Not-active windows have a semi-transparent look!
- Flexium-Transparent (in 3 gnome-versions)
Only works in gnome-desktop, and on GTK3-applications. On dark-themed items, the transparency is not set.

Just make a copy of the theme-folder and call it Flexium-Dark.
Then delete "gtk-2.0/gtkrc" and "gtk-3.0/gtk.css"
and copy "gtk-2.0/gtkrc-dark" to "gtk-2.0/gtkrc"
and "gtk-3.0/gtk-dark.css" to "gtk-3.0/gtk.css"
And then the theme is all dark..

Just wanna point out that while I haven't tried the scaling from Tweak Tool things look perfectly fine with 200% scaling via system display settings. I was a bit hesitant to try this theme due to the disclaimer about scaling in the description - So to those who are wondering this works just fine on Retina screens :-)
