Description:

Dark theme, where are Background dialogs, tooltip ... with discreet blue edges.
Panel Background and Background Dialogs are in a very dark blue color.
The transparency of the panel is small, so when you open, for example, Application Launcher on a white background, is very readable and overviewed.
