KDE Classic Black

This is small minimalistic modification of Kubuntu Lucid KDM Theme on KDE4 Colors 0.3.0 by menace1982.
I only change background to black colour for more compatibility with default Mint17 plymouth theme.
Maybe it will be helpful not only for me.
