Elegant Air KDM Theme

Description:

This is the KDM theme that I use.
Based on http://www.kde-look.org/content/show.php/Modified+BlueLinux+Theme?content=89428

It fits very well with the default KDE 4.2+ splash screen.

how can i use this theme in kubuntu 12.4
i ope control center and nothing happen
how can i install it ?

Bravo for the wonderful kdm theme! I just switched its background.svg to my current wallpaper for consistency. Two thumbs up!
