The old cursor was created using sd2xc-2.3.pl which has a small bug, (no image in Preview), instead, I used the 2.5, that removes this defect, and add kde4 compatibility.

converted from GreenApparatus.CurXPTheme with sd2xc-2.4.pl and refined with GIMP.
Thanks to the GIMP, I have maintained the appearance of 100% original, and adjusted the frame to 64x64 (the maximum).
