Converted as required.

For the conversion I used the program perl sd2xc-2.5.pl adds KDE4 Compatibility, and adjusts the individual pointer animations with GIMP and XMC plugin.

Go to System---> Preferences---> Appearance drag&drop mouse pointer theme, and apply! (same procedure for icons and gtk themes)

It's really good, thank you!
It suites my Matrix-styled desktop as if you've made it specially for me :)
The only cursor I don't really like is a cursor for a text field, it looks too thick, but it's the only one!
