Are you left-handed? You can download the same theme for lefties on http://kde-look.org/content/show.php?content=175798
Alkano Serie for righties has ten variations: Aluminium, Amber, Butter, Chameleon, Default (Black), Emerald, Plum, Scarlet, Sky and White. All cursors for windows resizing, are animated. For compatibility to Xfce, the cursor sizes are: 16, 24, 32, 40 and 48, but the real size of the cursor images are respectively: 32, 40, 48, 56 and 64 pixels. Built specially for KDE Plasma 5 Desktop Environment, but works fine on others Desktop Environments.
The Alkano Series has the theme called Alkano-aio including all variations with three sizes categories: Small with 32 pixels, Medium with 48 pixels, and Large with 64 pixels. You can download it on http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/ALKANO+All+In+One?content=159038, but if you prefer to install one by one the cursor themes, the one you like, go it to download section of this page web.
I have tested it under Zorin 11, Cinnamon, KDE, Pantheon, Xfce, Unity, also Gnome 2/3.x and it works great. I decided to upload it, and after will go improving it. I would like change a few things so you can expect updates. If you find any bugs, please let me know in comments section.
If you don't know how to install a mouse theme with multi-sized property, or for choosing a cursor size, go to http://gnome-look.org/content/show.php?content=164300, there you can see the instructions for Gnome2/3.x, Unity, Zorin, KDE, Cinnamon, Pantheon and Xfce.
Thanks,
Marcus Haro.

This topic has about 2 years without upgrading. Today it looks much better. I'm working on a variation on this theme, fully multi-sized. Exactly will contain 15 sizes. To choosing the subject will be more easy with KDE.

I am working on your idea. I think that white and blue are a good couple. Soon you will have notice.
For other side, when i was building the Amber version, I told myself, this color likes her.

The cursorFX file extension is associated with a program for customizing cursors in Windows called CursorFX, developed and sold by Stardock.
A *.cursorFX file contains a cursor theme which when applied to the system completely overhauls cursors and mouse effects in Windows.
Free version of CursorFX offers only some features that are part of a *.cursorFX theme. Mouse effects for example are only available in Pro version of the product.
Extract images of the subject, and builds the topic regularly.
If you want do it, still after all, i can help you to build it.
Thanks.

KDE has the ability to browse and download different artwork from the OpenDesktop.org website, for add new artwork to our computers, using the Get Hot New Stuff standard, which KDE supports in its System Settings preference area.
With multi sized versions there are no problems. But on the packs as they are various split theme sizes in a compressed file, here are problems to install them with the kde new stuff area.
I have seen that in my Dropbox links to artworks, they not work when I select them in New Stuff Area.
I think I should re-split my artworks - as you said me - for the reason above mentioned, and not to have to uninstall and install.
The Packs are for those who have problems installing mouse themes multisized, i am offering the sames themes as a pack with sizes: 24, 32, 40, 48, 56 and 64 pixels. But, Im sorry, no more Packs.
Thanks for commenting

the cursors are all good. And you are right: The Black Cursor looks like much better. Only the Textcursor (xTerm) is a little bit to short. The designs from the new versions are very good. The transparent circle looks fine.

The cursor xterm, I looked too big in relation to other cursors: changed it of 48-40 pixels, and also has new picture.
