Azenis
Original theme By JJ Ying http://users.wincustomize.com/691873/
For the conversion I used the program perl sd2xc-2.5.pl adds KDE4 Compatibility, and adjusts the individual pointer animations with GIMP and XMC plugin.

One another note, does anyone know if there is an Azenis Cairo-dock theme out there anywhere? I looked around a little this morning before going to work, but didn't find anything.
Thanks again, and have a great weekend.

Another thing that I've noticed is that I get keep getting an error stating
"Gtk-WARNING **: Theme directory of theme Azenis Icons has no size field"
Any idea what's causing this?
Thanks again for your help.

Compiz sets it's own mouse pointer theme which conflicts with the Appearance settings. To rectify, open ccsm (CompizConfig Settings Manager) and open up the General Options.
Change the cursor theme name to the desired theme & set size. If you don't have ccsm you might need to install it from the repositories.
I just figured this out yesterday, so I hope it helps someone.

try to do step by step like me:
Open your folder -> Resource->>Home
Press CTRL+H to show hidden folders
Double click .icons folder
Right click Make new Folder named "default"
double click "default" folder
make a file named index.theme
open index.theme with gedit and insert this texts
[Icon Theme]
Inherits = Azenis
save and exit
press ALT+F2 and insert compiz --replace
I hope it can help you!
