Wonderfull icons.

I'm curently using xterm with a black
background and so, the xterm icon is
not quite visible.
Any chance to have a kind of 'reverse'
color with very dark background ?

Didn't trie yet, is it possible to have
tiny icons using 16x16 size whitout problems ?
Fear to try ... Ok toot lazy to do it right now.
